You are invited to a weekend of fellowship, spiritual growth, Bible study, athletics and team building opportunities as we study the word of our God.
Attached are the retreat registration and a list of rules to be signed by the parent and the youth. This form is very important and each youth attending should have it completely filled out and signed. (The form can be saved, filled out, & printed.)
September 17-19
Arrive between 8:00pm and 9:00pm on Friday the 17th.
Departure from camp: Sunday by 9:30am, we will then attend a mission’s presentation at the Highland Park Church of God
Theme: Follow You
Dress Up Dinner Saturday Evening
Cost: $30.00 if registered by Sept. 12th.
$35.00 after the 12th
Saturday Only: $20
Please call in registrations or e-mail a list of names by the 12th to avoid a late fee. Please indicate if youth are attending the weekend or Saturday only. Bring completed registration form and money to the retreat. Make checks payable to: District Youth, Church of God. It is very difficult to plan if you don’t register on time, so please be on time with your registrations.
Remember you MUST send a Christian adult, 25 or older, who is willing to participate in the activities and be a counselor to your youth. This person should be in good standing with your church and have proof of a criminal background check. If you send more than 10 youth, you will need two adults.
The retreat will be held at the Hillside Camp and Retreat Center,
Englesville Road, Boyertown, Pa.
